Who is North Bow Company?

I’m Amy! My husband, Colby, and I live in Northeast Oklahoma with our two gorgeous babes! We have Afton (age 9) and Carston (age 6) who are the light of our lives and the reason that NBC actually started. In 2019 I became a girl mom x2 and decided to start a little hobby that was always a dream of mine. North Bow Company has turned my life upside down. I am living out my dreams and getting to make the prettiest things while doing it! I have met some of the greatest people here and made some of the best friends. 

I truly thank each and every customer for shopping small, letting me live my dream, and letting me make handmade bows and clothes for your babes!

Terms and Conditions

•At this time I am currently accepting minimal changes to your orders. This DOES NOT include adjustments for discount codes. You must contact me via email at northbowcompany@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing the order and it will be up to me at that time if it can be changed or not. 

•Please take your time ensuring all information is complete at the time of checkout.•

•No cancellations are accepted. Should an emergency arise that your order does need to be canceled you must contact me within 12 hours of placing the order. You can contact me via email at northbowcompany@gmail.com or join the VIP group on Facebook and message me there. 


•Combining orders - I will not be combining multiple orders at this time upon request. They will only be combined if I catch it in time and I am able to do so.

•I strive to make my customers 100% happy.  If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact me for a return or replacement. Refunds will only be on a situational basis and in many cases will not be offered. 


Please remember that most items are customized to you and are not ready to ship (RTS) unless otherwise stated, so please refer to my cancellation policy above. Returns will be accepted within 5 days of your delivery only if there is damage to the bow upon arrival and can be photographed to prove so upon opening the package. Shipping back to me must be paid by you to return any item if that is what we work out. Please email or message me to work this out with me. 


•TAT (turn around time)- TAT is currently up to 15 business days for bows on the site that are not stated that they are a preorder. Clothing items have a TAT of up to 45 business days and custom orders will vary. This does not include weekends or holidays. I am a mom of two small babes and I have a full time job other than my shop. It is always my goal to get the items to you as soon as I can but sometimes delays do happen. If for any reason I will be out of town or an emergency arises I will close the website so you are not waiting longer on your order. 

The time is takes USPS to get the package to you is not included in my TAT.

All orders are shipped via USPS and you will receive a tracking number upon the time your order is ready to go to the post office. Once it shows the package has been scanned into the post office, lost packages are out of my control. If you believe your package is lost you must file a claim with USPS online or by phone.
